Bohemian Bedroom

Hi everyone!

Ever since Chris & I moved in to our first home, I have been desperate to show you how we have decorated.

The first room I would like to share with you is my favourite room in the house, the bedroom. Although this isn’t a full room tour (I will get round to taking more pictures, I promise) I hope you can get a good idea of our style.

Our bedroom was the first room we decorated & the first one to be fully finished. My favourite part is the white wood effect wallpaper which took me forever to source. I finally found some in my local Wilkinsons store ( of all places!) for only £10 per roll. I absolutely love the effect it gives & it works so well with our theme.

Although I love bright colours the colour scheme for the room is white. I love how clean & fresh it looks. I managed to find a huge Buffalo Skull from Urban Outfitters which has pride of place above our bed.

bedroom 3

I love Native American pieces so this was very much the theme I wanted to go with for the room. I found a beautiful Crochet Dreamcatcher from Urban Outfitters which I adore. I also managed to find a cute little Dream Catcher picture from The Range. My Dad actually bought us the authentic Native drum from a local antique store.

This gorgeous Antler chandelier was actually a gift from Chris last Christmas. It fits the theme perfectly & I couldn’t be happier with it.

bedroom 6

I added some Cacti to the room & a cute print that I designed myself & placed in a feather design frame.

bedroom 7

One last part of the room I needed to share with you is the bed. We bought this from Barker & Stonehouse & although it is quite plain, I love the simplicity of the design. I also wanted to share the awesome pillow cases I bought. These are from one of my favourite brands, Gypsy Warrior.

So, there is it! Our beautiful bohemian bedroom. I will add some more pictures in a future post & look out for more room tours coming soon …….

Peace, Love & Light…. Kate x
