Aloha! I have had a nice day with Chris, shopping & a trip to the beach. I also managed to do a little thrifting.

I couldn’t resist wearing a maxi skirt any longer & so today I throw one on with a floral top & some boots. I bought this floral top from New Look about a month ago. It was in the sale for only £7.00. I think it is a great way to brighten up the darkness of the maxi skirt & will see me into the new season with ease.

I accessorised with my favourite vintage cuff & a sea glass ring I bought from Etsy. I also wore other silver rings that I wear on a regular basis.

The colour of the seas glass ring is so beautiful. It is like wearing a drop of the ocean on my finger.

I wrapped up warm in my sheepskin coat & I was ready to go!

We did a little shopping & Chris bought some new boots for work. I also picked up a super cute & oh-so-boho bag whilst thrifting.

It is so me – I loved it as soon as I saw it. A total bargain for only £3.25! I am really enjoying thrifting, I have found some lovely items so far.

After that, we parked the car near the beach & watched the ocean for a little while. We didn’t go walking on the beach because it was a little chilly but just being near the sea makes me feel calm & happy.

They are building a wind farm out at sea. Some people say it is unsightly but I rather like it!
