As I mentioned last week, after trying a sample of Clarins Skin Illusion Foundation I just knew I had to have it! I went out & bought the full size version the very same day & I bought the Clarins Loose Powder to match. I love this foundation, it really cares for my skin & I have seen a big improvement in the overall look of my make-up.
It glides on the skin really well & is a great partner to the brands cult Beauty Flash Balm which I am also in love with at the moment. The powder is ideal for setting my foundation as I am prone to an oily T-zone! The powder has a lovely floral scent too which always makes me feel pampered. I think this is a foundation I will be buying again & again. I love the fact that Clarins make-up really focuses on caring for the skin & helping to stop break-outs & oil.
Because I was spending so much money the Clarins assistant said she would give me a free gift. She came back with this lovely beauty bag which was full of goodies.
They were all really good sizes for a freebie which is really cool! The set included, Bath/Shower Tonic, Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser, Beauty Flash Balm, Hand & Nail Treatment Cream & Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch.
I have fallen head over heels in love with the Beauty Flash Balm which I reviewed last week. My make-up just glides over my face since I started using this & it has really helped to stop shine during the course of the day. I haven’t tried the hand cream yet as I still have so much L’Occitane to use first. I love the cleanser, it smells divine & my skin felt soft & smooth after using this product. The Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch is perfect for putting on dilated pores & just under my eyes to help me feel refreshed. I am seriously thinking about buying a full size pot when I run out. The Bath/Shower Tonic smells very ‘Clarins’ & leaves the skin feeling refreshed.
I am so pleased with all my products & I am definately Clarins new biggest fan. Today my lovely Nana bought me a Clarins Eyeshadow to add to my ever growing collection.

I tried the “eclat du jour” line from clarins and it’s pretty amazing
I am totally Clarins obsessed at the moment, hopefully I will try that line soon 🙂
