What do you guys think of this Fringed Chevron Cardigan from Forever 21? You know I love things that are a little quirky so this immediately caught my eye.
Is it a yay or a nay? & how would you style it?

I think I would like it more without the fringe. Not a big fan of the fringe, but anything with stripes I love! 🙂
