Aloha! I hope you have all had a lovely Bank Holiday Monday. It has been lovely & sunny today & so I went hiking with my Dad.
I pulled my hair back, put on my Ray Bans & walking boots & we were good to go.
Walking with my Dad is not easy, he definitely doe not stroll, it is more like a power walk!
We headed out to Pinchinthorpe Woods which isn’t too far from my home. We had a walk through the woods & past some beautiful scenery. Sadly my camera batteries ran out (silly me) & so I didn’t get half as many pictures as I would have liked to.
The weather looks really dull for some reason on the pictures (wrong setting I am guessing) but it was a warm, sunny day.
We walked to the bottom of Roseberry Topping (which you can see in the distance) & then walked up it.
We had a lovely little picnic on the top & the view was stunning. Sadly my batteries died & so I didn’t get a picture of the view.
After all that we headed back down & decided to take a trip to the Sea.
Hi Dad!
We headed of to Redcar beach in search of Sea Glass for my Jewellery Making. I managed to find a beautiful Blue piece of Sea Glass which is rather rare & said to have once been a poison bottle.
We have had such a nice day together but I am now so tired. Time for Tea & Cake….. I earned it!

I love this! I actually wore a similar outfit this weekend (ok, maybe lived in it for three days in small variations but what works!) Theres nothing better than a good walk on a long weekend! I hope you’ve had a lovely time! xx
