Aloha! Last Monday Chris & I went to Whitby & we loved it so much we decided to go back today. It just so happens that this weekend is Whitby Goth Weekend. Goths & Steampunks from all over the country gather here to meet & visit the different attractions & events.
It was a beautiful sunny day, although still rather chilly. It was lovely to see all the different outfits & unusual clothing that everyone was wearing. We also saw some amazing cars, including a hearse! It is a great weekend which is really worth visiting even if you are not a goth!
I bought a little tub of cherry ice cream which was so yummy!
I also bought a bottle of Cherry Cola. I love anything with cherries in & I also have a thing for bottles like this. I can just see it sat on my window with some pretty flowers blooming in it!
I also bought a very pretty ring.
It is sterling silver with a piece of turquoise in – my favourite combination!
All in all it was a lovely day & although we are not Goths ourselves we can appreciate the wonderful outfits that they wear & their culture.

I love cherry cola’s yum! This sounds like such a fun time. I have been wearing a ton of lace lately it is so simple and pretty.
