Lace Crop Top; New Look, Black Maxi Skirt; Topshop, Flip Flops; Havaianas
Cardigan; Vintage, Cuff; Vintage

Aloha! Today was a great day……5 whole hours of shopping! I was in heaven, of course. I had a definite boho vibe going on today. I teamed my lace crop top with a plain black maxi skirt. I completed my look with the cute vintage cardigan I bought from the Vintage Fair a couple of weeks ago.

I finally had the chance to wear some flip flops. I have been dying for months to wear my beloved Havaianas & today I was able to slip them on!

I am so happy I bought this lace crop top from New Look at the weekend. It matches really well with my vintage cardigan & is perfect for teaming with maxi skirts.

So, off we headed to the Metro Centre.

Our first port of call was L’Occitane. I had already made a list of things I wanted & so I couldn’t wait to have a little browse.

I absolutely adore L’Occitane products. Everything is so luxurious & it feels so good for your body, so natural!

I bought everything Shea Butter. I firstly picked up the Shea Butter Lip Balm, I have had this before & it is so lovely, glides on easy & is so nourishing. I then added the Shea Butter Hand Cream to my basket. I love all L’Occitane hand creams & this one is one of the best. Often voted top hand creams in many polls, I couldn’t resist stocking up on it. My final purchase was the Shea Butter Extra Gentle Soap. I have been wanting to try a L’Occitane soap for a while now. I usually use shower gels but I wanted something that feels a little more natural. This also has excellent reviews & the bar is so big it will last forever!

We then headed to Zara.

My birthday is in June which isn’t so far away, my Mum told me if I saw anything I would like as part of my birthday gift then I may choose something. As soon as I spotted this wonderful Floral Fringed Kimono in Zara I was in love. It was £29.99 which is a good price for such a unique & statement piece. The print is lovely & the fringe detail adds that bit of boho glamour that I so love. I decided this would be what I would choose for my birthday.

For my next purchases we headed to New Look.

Metro Centre 023

I picked out a lovely Blue Cuff – adore boho style cuffs such as this. It was a bargain for only £5.99. On my way to the tills I spotted this retro sunglasses which I knew I had to make mine. Now, I know I have just spent £108.00 on some Ray Ban’s but these are a nice pair to keep as ‘cheapies’ they were a bargain for only £4.99. My parents have also bought these for my birthday.

Next we headed to one of my most favourite shops….H&M!

Metro Centre 025

I found yet another beautiful Lace Crop Top. It was only £4.99…..God I love H&M. This is another top that will be great for teaming with my maxi skirts. Again, my parents bought this for me!

I also bought a Yankee Candle Sampler called Black Coconut. As you know I am a sucker for anything coconutty!

Whilst we were shopping we ate some yummy food.

Earlier in the day we went to Pancakes & More.

Metro Centre 021

I ordered Waffles covered in Maple Syrup with Vanilla Ice Cream & a cup of tea – it was delicious!

Later in the day we went to a retro american diner called Ed’s Easy Diner.

Metro Centre 022

I ordered a Chicken Club which was super yummy & the diner was beautifully decorated with retro music playing – perfect!

I have had a wonderful day with my Fiance Chris & I just want to say a big thanks to him for taking me. I know walking around my favourite shops for 5 hours is not his idea of fun & so I really appreciate him taking me.

We are both enjoying our week off work so much!

I hope you have all had a lovely day too!
