Aloha! Today has been a busy day, I have been getting all my chores done before I spend the next 9 days with Chris. Woo hoo for holidays!
I wore my check ombre maxi skirt from H&M for the first time today & I just love it. I teamed it with a simple black t-shirt for a grunge look. I have no idea why but these types of checked prints always remind me of Kurt Cobain so I listened to a little Nirvana this morning.
I accessorised with a vintage silver cuff, sterling silver ring & my beautiful Love ‘n Peace ring by Thomas Sabo, my parents bought it for me.
Speaking of accessories, I did a little jewellery making again today which I will show you in another post.
Our garden is somewhat of a sun trap & it was so warm in the sun this afternoon I was actually able to sit on the bench for a while & soak up the sun! I love sitting in the garden on sunny days.

Do you find it hard to walk in a skirt that long? Any time I wear something below my knee it is so difficult to walk in lol.
I know what you mean but I think I am so use to wearing maxi’s now that I don’t have that problem haha I love them so much I just changed the way I walk haha x
