Aloha! Today was the day of the vintage fair in Saltburn-by-the-Sea! I was so excited & it didn’t disappoint.

I wrapped up warm in a chunky knit cardigan, my trusty leather jacket & a snug scarf!

Wearing my favourite skirt again too!

We arrived in Saltburn, parked up & took a few shots of the beautiful scenery.

I don’t know about you guys but I absolutely love being by the sea, even if it is freezing cold & I can’t feel my ears or nose! It is just so relaxing watching the waves.

We took a stroll to where the Vintage Fair was being held & I felt like I entered heaven.

It was filled with vintage clothing, jewellery & homewares. If I had been saving my money then I probably would have spent a fortune. All of the jewellery pieces got my attention, I am somewhat of a collector. Any rings or cuffs are my main objects of desire when it comes to jewellery & I was spoilt for choice.

One particular stall caught my attention & this is where I picked up these beauties! these wonderful cuffs were only £3.00 each & I adore them. They fit my tiny wrist perfectly & they look so boho/vintage, one was even made in Mexico which interests me even more. I almost bought a ring too, it was £15 & I had to tear myself away from it.

I was really happy with my purchases & the brilliant thing is the fair is to be held once a month for the whole of the year! So exciting!

 

I picked up a leaflet so I know all the dates of future fairs.

Next we headed back to the sea & to Vista Mar which is the restaurant we visited last night. We ordered a latte & hot chocolate which were so yummy & certainly warmed us up!

This little place will be perfect for visiting in the Summer. I can just imagine sitting outside on the balcony in the sun enjoying a nice cool drink whilst watching the waves.

We had a wonderful day & I can honestly say I have had the perfect week off. We have really made the most of this week & spent a lot of time together, it’s been perfect!

I am so happy with my purchases today, they are real bargains that I will treasure forever. I just can’t wait until the next fair!
