After reading some amazing reviews about the Estee Lauder Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator I was really eager to try it. Since Debenhams have had a 15% off event on all week I decided now was the best time to try it.
This is what it claims to do,
This fast-acting serum is proven to significantly reduce the look of blotchiness, past blemish marks and discolorations. Instantly, skin looks fresh and radiant. 79% of women saw an improvement in the look of uneven skintone. Skin looks noticeably clearer, brighter and more even-toned. Oil-free formula is proven gentle and effective for all ethnicities.
I do have a problem with uneven skintone & it has always been something that has bothered me. Foundation does cover up all my uneven skin but it would be nice to reduce the problem.
It is expensive, a 30 ml bottle is £47.00 & it is £64.00 for a 50ml but with my 15% off I bought the 30ml for £39.00! I am really eager to try it & I really hope it lives up to my expectations! I will be sure to write a review on it once I have used it for awhile.
I also chose the Double Wear Foundation as a present from my Fiance, tried the sample today & it is amazing. At the moment I am using Clarins Skin Illusion Foundation which is brilliant. I think it will be nice to swap between Clarins & Estee Lauder – the best of both worlds!
I also recieved a free Estee Lauder bag with my purchases & they came gift wrapped – bonus!
Loving this post -you should do more like this! I’d love it if you could check out my blog. Keep blogging!
