I started a new job before christmas and I was so happy that finally I had a permenent job….two weeks later I had a letter telling me I had been made redundant! This is the story of my life, I won’t go into detail but I am so unlucky when it comes to jobs. Yesterday was my last day working for the company (Desigual a Spanish brand)  and today I was mostly moping around feeling sorry for myself. It is is so hard to get a job in fashion where I live so losing that job was hard for me. Then out of the blue I had a phone call from a previous employer asking me to come back to work for them. I worked as a temp until my contract ran out in October and I was writing descriptions for the designer items on their website. I couldn’t believe my luck! I can’t wait to go back and start again. Writing about fashion all day is my dream job so I am super excited for Monday!

I bought this dress to celebrate my new job. I have loved it since it first appeared in Topshop’s new SS12 collection. I love tie dye (I am a total hippy at heart!) Isn’t it cute? A great buy at only £24. It has a cut out detail at the side which is pretty unusual.  I can’t wait to wear it this Summer!
